Creed Evans Financial Advisory

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life — from splitting ramen with young backpackers on a gap year in Asia, to mingling over cocktails with retirees on a luxury cruise to Antarctica, to sharing a bench with locals on an overnight train in India, to helping entrepreneurs launching their first ventures in the U.S. and abroad. These experiences taught me that money means different things to different people. For some, it’s security and peace of mind. For others, it’s freedom, opportunity, or legacy.

Now, as the founder of Creed Evans Financial Advisory, a Virginia Registered Investment Advisor, I hold the FINRA Series 65 securities license, which qualifies me to provide independent investment advice. My role as your advisor is to listen deeply, understand what money means to you, and craft a strategy that aligns with your values, lifestyle, and long-term vision.

I provide personalized, holistic financial planning, guiding clients through major life transitions with proactive tax, investment, and income strategies, all while prioritizing clarity, education, and a focus on well-being. Initial consultations are always free. Feel free reach out with any questions, concerns or financial decisions you may be facing, so we can work through them together. No single formula works for everyone; each plan needs to be created and tailored to the individual, the family, or the dream.

At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: your money should support the life you want to live — not the other way around.

F.A.Q.

Find answers to commonly asked questions about our firm.

Not everyone needs a financial advisor—if you have the knowledge, time, and discipline, you can definitely manage much of your financial life on your own. However, even for financially savvy individuals, an advisor can add significant value by offering professional expertise and a fiduciary responsibility to act in your best interest. They can introduce tools, strategies, or investment opportunities you may not be aware of, save you hours of research and planning, and help guide you through major life transitions and high-stress decisions. Most importantly, they can give you the confidence of having an expert in your corner, helping you stay focused, calm, and strategic in your financial journey.

Finances affect every part of life — career, family, health, and the future. An advisor helps you see the bigger picture, addressing investments, tax planning, retirement, insurance, estate considerations, and lifestyle priorities and looks for opportunities ahead of time instead of just reviewing what has already happened.

Initial consultations are free, so give us a call to talk through your needs, hopes and concerns, and see if a financial advisor is a good fit for you.

There are a lots of advantages that come from trusting your financial future to a long established firm with billions of dollars under management. You may have access to more tools, software, a 24/7 customer service line, proprietary products, or different services within the same company.

The advantages of working with a smaller firm like Creed Evans Financial Advisory could be:

  • Personalized Service – More tailored advice and direct interaction with your personal advisor not layers of staff.

  • Relationship-Focused – Emphasis on trust, personal connection and long-term planning with no sales quotas.

  • Transparency – Clearer communication and fee structures. Smaller firms generally have fewer layers of bureaucracy.

  • Advice-Oriented– Potentially less conflict of interest in smaller firms that act solely as your advisor, without doubling as a broker, an insurance agent, or other roles that might make commission on the products in your plan.

  • Flexibility – Fewer corporate constraints can mean the freedom for more customized plans for clients without relying on generic models from a limited stock of strategies.

Every individual is different, every plan is different, and different advisors are right for different people. What is a priority for you: Access to potentially exclusive proprietary products or the freedom to invest outside of a single firm’s products? Access to a team of financial professionals with different areas of expertise or direct and easy access to the individual advisor that knows your plan inside and out?

If you think Creed Evans Financial Advisory would be a good fit for you, please give us a call. Initial consultations are always free.

Many firms do have $500k or even $1 million minimums before they will onboard clients. With Creed Evans Financial Advisory, our concern is not how much are you worth, but instead, how much can we help you. Cheesy, I know, but that is why this business was founded.

While ‘wealth management’ is seen as something only for the wealthy, a good financial plan is perhaps even more important for those with debt, benefit considerations, fixed income restrictions, or other constraints on their financial options.

Initial consultations are always free. Get in touch and let’s arrange a meeting to discuss your personal situation, needs and goals, and together we can create a plan that is individually tailored to fit your life.

If we are in the same area, I am more than happy to meet in person wherever might be the most convenient. But working virtually saves myself and my clients time on every meeting and on every step of the process. My clients do not have to run across town to sign documents or to review one small change. There are no waiting rooms or leaving early to find parking. My clients do not need to leave a message with the office to wait to schedule a meeting with me for two weeks later.

From the comfort of your home, your office, your car, or a camp chair on the beach with your feet in the sand, feel free to set up a time with me, at your convenience, through my appointment page. I am available through web or app based video chatting, you can always call or text 276-708-7084 or send an email to creed@creedevansfa.com. All of these channels lead directly to me, wherever I am, with no middlemen.
